Account blocked for continued vandalism in OpenStreetMap. The account holder has been explained OpenStreetMap’s policy on private access in great length by DWG. The account holder has also been informed that repeated deletions are considered vandalism. The account has been unblocked assuming that the account holder would cease their damaging activities. Sadly this was not the case.
