Can you explain the name change that you made to name:vi of osm.org/relation/2417005 in osm.org/changeset/85393203 ? You can see that at http://osm.mapki.com/history/relation.php?id=2417005 .

I’ve not seen the Vietnamese name that you’ve used here referenced anywhere else. Can you give a source?
