Hello Nweke Ejike,
I am writing on behalf of the Data Working Group of the OpenStreetMap Foundation. This is not a “real” block, but just a way to make sure you see this message. You can continue editing OpenStreetMap as soon as you confirm that you have read it.
Both I and another user have tried to contact you to notify you about an incorrect use of the tag “building”. I noticed that when you create round buildings, you use the tag “bouilding” instead of the correct tag “building”. “bouilding” does not exist and does not get shown on the map, that is why you shouldn’t use it. Here is an example of the tag you shouldn’t use: osm.org/way/807524967/history.
Normally, when you receive an OSM message, you should receive an email notification and a green number in the top right corner of the openstreetmap.org website, perhaps it fell through the cracks?
In any case, it is important that a dialogue between the different people editing the map can take place, even if it is only to understand a possible disagreement. I encourage you to try to respond to the messages that have been sent to you and have been left about the changes you have made.
Thank you very much and happy mapping,
David Morais Ferreira Data Working Group
