I noticed you conducting an import with

• osm.org/browse/changeset/17083695

The import guidelines require that imports be done from a dedicated account, after consultation with the local community and imports@ and be documented on the wiki. This was not done here.

I can find no record of consultation with the imports@ mailing list. Where is it?

This import was not done from a dedicated account

As this is not the first issue you have had with the requirements for imports I have placed this as a block which remove itself when you log on to the website.
