Dear jlcc78,
you have been repeatedly asked not to express your political world view in edits to the boundaries of Spain. Not only do you have to discuss these ideas with the community before you execute them, but you also have to take care not to break the boundary relations altogether. You have been told this before. Broken country boundaries cause severe problems - for example, your damage to the boundary of Spain has reduced in geocoding engines being unable to detect that a place is in Spain. Thankfully other users have repaired the damage, but it is unacceptable that you break these boundaries again and again in your folly to make a political point.
Your claim that OSM was “bribed” by other countries to display the Spanish territorial waters as it does is baseless, and your attacks against individual contributors unacceptable.
I will block your account for one week to prevent you from causing further damage. You can continue to edit after that but if I see you making edits to these boundaries again I will block your account for longer.
Please use the time you have now to sign up to the Spanish mailing list at lists.openstreetmap.org/talk-es, and discuss with other members of the Spanish community how the sea border shoud look like.
Best regards
Frederik Ramm OSMF Data Working Group
