As lots of people people said last time, edits that you make to OpenStreetMap update the one shared map that everyone sees. That’s why it’s important that only valid edits are made to the map, which doesn’t include things like imaginary micronations.

If you want to experiment with the editors, you can do so over at https://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org (an exact copy of the main site apart from the map display). If you want to map an imaginery world, maybe try http://opengeofiction.net/ . Also, if you’d like to use OpenStreetMap as a background and plot something on top of that, https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/ might be what you are looking for.

Because this isn’t the first time that you have added fake data to OpenStreetMap, you’ll be prevented from editing the map for now. If you’d like to start adding real data instead, please email data@osmfoundation.org so that we can lift this block.
