OpenStreetMap is a map of the world as it really exists, not as we might like to exist. That means that “micronations” such as the “Timonocite Empire” don’t belong there. However, there are sites that might be able to help you:

• Umap would allow you to draw the borders of the “Timonocite Empire” over the top of an existing map

• OpenGeoFiction would allow you to create a completely fictional map.

Obviously, we’d like you to continue adding real things in your neighborhood to OpenStreetMap as well, but we will need to remove things like this that don’t exist in real life.
