This is just a message to let you know that people (including me!) have commented on your changesets asking you to not put council references in the “name” field. These messages should have been emailed to you and are also visible at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=8517545 . As the first of those comments said a month ago, the “prow_ref” key is what you should be using.
