You have been asked a number of times in the past (see http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=5187676 ) not to add fake parks to OpenStreetMap. You have ignored this advice and will therefore be prevented from editing OpenStreetMap for a period of time.
