You have been asked a number of times to use sources other than “official documents” as sources for OpenStreetMap, yet looking at osm.org/changeset/89111989 you still seem to be doing it.

Official documents from one country may be useful sources in some cases (where one country thinks a border is), but you have to be careful to also consider where other countries think the borders are too. They might also be useful to show what some people in government think a particular feature is called.

What they’re not often useful for is physical geography, such as “where a river actually starts” or “what is the best way to tag a feature in OSM that turns into a river”. Looking at the area around osm.org/#map=19/8.37889/-81.90684 , I see that you moved the “start of the river” a few tens of meters from the peak, but ask yourself “if I went there, would I describe that place where water runs down the mountainside as a river, or a stream?”.

Official documents also won’t tell you what name local people actually use for a particular feature.

Also, as requested in osm.org/changeset/89111989 , please provide the licence associated with the official documents that you are copying from. If you don’t provide this we may have to remove your changes from OpenStreetMap.

Los documentos oficiales de un país pueden ser fuentes útiles en algunos casos (donde un país cree que hay una frontera), pero debe tener cuidado de considerar también dónde piensan otros países que también están las fronteras. También pueden ser útiles para mostrar cómo algunas personas en el gobierno creen que se llama una característica en particular.

Para lo que no suelen ser útiles es la geografía física, como “donde realmente comienza un río” o “cuál es la mejor manera de etiquetar una característica en OSM que se convierte en un río”. Mirando el área alrededor de osm.org/#map=19/8.37889/-81.90684, veo que moviste el “comienzo del río” a unas pocas decenas de metros del pico, pero pregúntate “ si fuera allí, ¿describiría ese lugar donde el agua corre por la ladera de la montaña como un río o un arroyo? “.

Los documentos oficiales tampoco le dirán qué nombre usa la gente local para una característica en particular.

Además, como se solicita en osm.org/changeset/89111989, proporcione la licencia asociada con los documentos oficiales de los que está copiando. Si no proporciona esto, es posible que tengamos que eliminar sus cambios de OpenStreetMap.
