Dear sharonabraham380,
thank you for your contributions to OpenStreetMap.
Sadly there are a few issues with your work. You have repeatedly destroyed administrative boundaries, and other users have tried to alert you of these problems, but it seems you did not receive these messages (please ensure that the e-mail address you used for signup actually does receive email).
The main problem seems to be that you first delete something and then draw it again, like in this changeset:
osm.org/changeset/89902868#map=19/10.10416/76.23133
This is not good style - it erases the history of other contributions in the area. If you want to improve or modify something, then do that - you can change the shape and attributes of an existing thing in the editor. Do not delete the object and re-create it. In doing so, you not only erase the history, you can also inadvertently damage other objects that rely on the one you have deleted, like it has happened here: osm.org/changeset/89867240
Best regards
Frederik Ramm
