You were asked to use meaningful changeset comments. Adding the comment “It seems to me that there is someone who deleted everything on this site for maps and has now been restored. I hope the officials track down who deleted the maps and stopped them from tampering. “ every time is not helpful. See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments .
