In osm.org/changeset/90206412 you were asked to please make sure that you use good changeset comments so that other people can understand what you are changing. See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments .

In addition, in osm.org/user_blocks/3870 and osm.org/user_blocks/3872 you were asked not to rename things as things that they were not. You have removed the tags from http://osm.mapki.com/history/way.php?id=798470175 without any explanation.

You will therefore be blocked from editing OpenStreetMap until you email OSM’s Data Working Group explaining why you made these changes and promising not to make changes like this again. You can email the DWG at data@osmfoundation.org .
