This account was previously blocked because you appeared to be making a series of organised edits and were not abiding by https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines , and appeared to be copying from an online source when it wasn’t clear that source was licence-compatible with OSM. An account that appears to be related was blocked for similar reasons, and because you were asked questions to which you did not reply.

We’d like to discuss this with you so please email OSM’s Data Working Group via data@osmfoundation.org to discuss these edits. You’ll be prevented from editing OSM for the time being until you have made contact. Once you are in discussion with the rest of the community, have made clear that the data that you are adding is licence-compatible with OSM and have if necessary made sure that you are following https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines and osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines we can remove these blocks.
