As I wrote to you on osm.org/changeset/91629173, eliminating correct data that others have contributed is considered to be an act of vandalism of OSM.

Despite this, you have deleted the area inside osm.org/changeset/91768175 again.

Therefore I am placing this temporary block on your account (just until you log in and read this message). In addition, we have reverted your deletions. If you continue to purposefully act in ways that we consider vandalism, your account may be blocked again in the future, possibly permanently. Therefore I urge you to stop deleting the contributions others have made to the map.

I refer you to articles 509-1 to 509-4 of the Luxembourg Code Pénal on cybercriminality, and on particular 509-3:

Quiconque aura, intentionnellement et au mépris des droits d’autrui, directement ou indirectement, introduit des données dans un système de traitement ou de transmission automatisé ou supprimé ou modifié les données qu’il contient ou leurs modes de traitement ou de transmission, sera puni d’un emprisonnement de trois mois à trois ans et d’une amende de 1.250 euros à 12.500 euros ou de l’une de ces deux peines.
