in osm.org/changeset/90871685 I have removed your fictional “Geographic region of Italy” from OSM and requested that it not be reinstated without a thorough discussion on talk-it. I have perhaps not expressed myself very well; of course I meant that you need a consensus on talk-it to restore the relation.

This consensus has not been achieved, yet you have restored the relation.

I will now remove it yet again and I sincerely ask you to refrain from reinstating it. Adding this region again without a consensus on talk-it will be treated as an act of deliberate vandalism.
