with this message we’re blocking a series of accounts that have engaged in repeated organised editing activities concerning US retail POIs. While not every single account we are blocking has made all of the following mistakes, collectively you have:

• made questionable and low-quality edits like drawing buildings over existing buildings or over existing trees and roads, adding businesses that were already there, adding places with a “name” but no further information about what they are
• neglected to give good changeset comments
• neglected to reply or react when others tried to engage with you in discussions about your edits

It appears that you are part of an organised group of editors tasked with editing POIs that represent certain retail outlets in the United States. We have guidelines that are intended to avoid issues with organised editing. These guidelines are documented here: https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines and first and foremost the require that you clearly identify yourselves - who are you, who’s part of your team, whom are you working for and what are your goals.
