The conversation thereafter between you and Taras (which he reported to the DWG) do not give the impression that you really understand the way OSM is operating and the way that mappers are supposed to not destroy the work of others without a good reason.
I don’t see that reason in your work, hence I shall block you again. Your real interest doesn’t seem to be in OSM.
