Unfortunately you are continuing to delete roads as described in this discussion:

You didn’t reply to the comments and made more road deletions like this one:
osm.org/changeset/94705256

Please make sure that your additions to the map don’t come at the expense of existing data. Deleting the roads may result in loss of information such as their names and public transport routes. If you continue to delete roads we may have to restrict your access to the editing functions.
