It’s pretty clear that you seem to have hit some roadblocks with other other mappers using this, and (it would appear) a number of other accounts. With this account there have been numerous accusations of vandalism at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=11409342 .

For the avoidance of doubt it is NOT OK to delete everything and redraw, as you did at osm.org/changeset/94642540 . Trying to do that means you will inevitably miss things - perhaps surface tags on roads, or things that were visible when originally drawn, perhaps based on multiple surveys that you haven’t repeated.

However, we are aware that there are often many sides to any one story, so we’d like to hear yours. Please contact OSM’s Data Working Group by email at data@osmfoundation.org and mention the user name “ZenithTheFox”. Once you’ve got in touch we’ll be able to discuss how best to go forward and (fhopefully) revoke this block.

We’d like to help you achieve whatever it is you’re trying to achieve but in such as way that you’ll be able to map alongside the other mappers in the area..
