It’s pretty clear that you seem to have hit some roadblocks with other other mappers using this, and (it would appear) a number of other accounts. With this account there have been some accusations of problematic mapping at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=12224875 .

However, we are aware that there are often many sides to any one story, so we’d like to hear yours. Once you’ve got in touch we’ll be able to discuss how best to go forward and (hopefully) revoke this block.

We’d like to help you achieve whatever it is you’re trying to achieve but in such as way that you’ll be able to map alongside the other mappers in the area..
