Unfortunately, in osm.org/changeset/94379780 you have tried to replicate a “political border drag” that you tried previiously in osm.org/changeset/92982440 . We investigated the evidence for the border at the time and your edit was not correct, based on the old Soviet Union era maps that were the source here. https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=94379780 shows your most recent change.

You will therefore be prevented from editing OpenStreetMap for a period of time. Please email OSM’s Data Working Group at data@osmfoundation.org so that we can discuss your edits and this block (and hopefully revoke it)..
