You appear to be doing an import of data with these changesets 20480259, 20285859, 20480259, 20481617. These changesets consist of nodes without any normal OSM tags.

I’m going to go ahead and delete this bad data. Please do not attempt to re-upload it

If you wish to propose an import, please read osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines and make sure you follow them.
