You appear to be making highly implausible edits that create ways spanning large chunks of the globe. See for example the list of your changes, and their bounding boxes, here:

If this is some sort of import then it seems that there is something wrong and in any case you need to stop whatever you are doing and seek help from the community on how to do it properly.
