The multipolygon mentioned in the last changeset discussion above is still broken. Its outer boundary is not closed:

Some of those broken multipolygons were created by you, like this one:

Please try to fix them. As user ted3sco says in his comments this could be difficult to do with iD editor that you’re using. That’s why ted3sco suggests that you use JOSM.
