The DWG has received yet another complaint about your editing in Romania, this time specifically addressing the issue of changeset comments. You have also been asked to use meaningful changeset comments by both the DWG, which, upon your request, was a request that was verified by the Management Team.

Yet, despite this, and despite having been blocked about this issue in the past, your latest changesets 23415245, 23415198 and 23407726 do not contain any comments. The comments on 23405668 are also not very descriptive, and do not explain why the corrections exist or are an issue, or your source, or anything else to help the DWG sort out the editing conflicts that keep happening in Romania.

Therefore, since this is fourth time you have been asked to use meaningful changeset comments, I am placing a four day block on your account.
