Previously you’ve been asked about the source of name and ref tags you add to streets:

You answered that you copy street names from other maps such as Google Maps, Here Maps and Waze in the following changeset discussions:

osm.org/changeset/46964071

I’ve sent you a message asking you to stop copying names from those sources. However, you’re still adding names and you don’t indicate any other source:

osm.org/changeset/99998656
osm.org/changeset/100006752

This likely means that the names you adding still come from Google/Here/Waze. Since we’ll have to remove the data coming from sources with incompatible licenses, this continued copying is not helpful. We have to temporarily block you from editing the map and ask you again to stop copying names after the block expires.
