As we have discussed before in your previous block, removing accurate data from OSM is considered vandalism. The DWG takes this issue quite seriously and have asked you to stop, and warned you to stop in the past. Specifically you were warned not to remove military areas from OSM, yet in changeset 24317093, you deleted a military area, so a new 4 day block is being placed on your account.
