once again you have imported data to OpenStreetMap without the required previous discussion. For example, one and the same street lamp has been added four times in changeset 103293785.

It is unfortunate that you seem to regard established OSM rules and procedures as irrelevant. You have been warned several times; I will have to remove the data you have imported, and I am blocking your account for one month.

Any further undiscussed imports after that block has expired and it will be six months after that.

The existing procedures are not there for fun or to make your life hard without reason. They are there to ensure quality, and avoid errors like adding the same data four times and many other quality issues that your contributions have had in the past.
