As has been mentioned previously (see http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=2500) you’re still creating lots of changesets without report the origin of the data, and you’re not replying when people get in contact with you.

OSM is a collaborative project, it’s important that we communicate with each other.

In addition, you are carrying out a massive import of data, which is not allowed without prior documentation and consensus with the local community.
