You are still refusing to do that.

I’ve sent this message again as one that you have to read before continuing to edit. You’ll be free to continue as soon as you have read it but you must reply to the other mappers who have asked you questions.

You must also use meaningful changeset comments. See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments for more information.
