As previously mention in osm.org/user_blocks/5501 , quite a few people have left comments on your changesets that you haven’t acknowledged. You can see these comments at https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=2795667 . Your last reply appears to have been in 2017. As a community, it is important that we talk to each other and reply when others ask questions. Please do reply to the questions that people have asked you.

In addition, please do use changeset comments that are more descriptive than just “speed limit changes”. See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments for more details.
