the DWG has asked you in the past to engage better with other mappers, and reply when they ask questions of you or point out mistakes that you have made.

Instead of heeding that advice, you have created additional accounts (osm.org/user/joachim895 and osm.org/user/bambam%209) and used them to gang up on others (discussion in osm.org/changeset/113740595).

That is silly and childish, and if you do it again we’ll have to pause your editing for a while. I will let you go with a warning this time but will block your two sock puppets.
