In this changeset you updated several buildings by deleting and redrawing them. In its discussion another user notes that you could have edited the existing building instead of deleting them:

Here another user asks you to write more descriptive changeset comments rather than just “edits”. This is not surprising because this changeset contains modifications in New York and Guatemala. The later ones are probably done by mistake:
