Follow-on from osm.org/user_blocks/5310 and other complaint

Hello olehz,

OSM’s Data Working Group have again received another complaint about the way that you’re interactive with other mappers. The comments that we can see at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=204049 and http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=204049&commented show that there is clearly a problem.

Please think more carefully about what you say and before you comment. Try and understand where the other person is coming from.
