This is Dennis from the Data Working Group. We receive a report about you change exist place name to the old name, or adding an old place on OpenStreetMap, and you didn’t respond to the worried parties’ message by changeset comments and private messages.

You could use alt_name, old_name for places. And I heard there are many Hakka language origin place names, you could also add name:hak for their Hakka language names.

OpenStreetMap is a collaborative project, sometimes we will not agree to another option for mapping. We discuss mapping issues with other people and hope we could have reached a consensus.

I will put a 4-days block on you and hope you could discuss with other people, responding to their concerns.
