Your imports have not been discussed, or documented, and they are buggy. A comment has been placed in your changeset

which you ignored, and you continued to import nonetheless. I cannot see any discussion of your import in any OpenStreetMap mailing list; nor any verification of the validity of your source or process, and no records on the OSM wiki.

Please understand that OpenStreetMap is not a place where anyone can simply import data. Read and follow the import guidelines. Stop the imports you are currently performing until you follow the rules.
