there seems to be a conflict in naming the street Комінтерну вулиця, or Симона Петлюри вулиця, in Kiev. Please stop renaming the street, and instead discuss the issue with the local community (see e.g. the forum, http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=12694) to reach consensus.

When in doubt, apply the "on the ground rule" - OSM maps what we see on the ground, on road signs and so on.
