Dear BitcoinMaps,

it appears that your site allows anonymous users to add data to OpenStreetMap, against a Google Maps background.

This is not acceptable for copyright reasons; firstly, we cannot know where the data comes from and whether the contributing user really is within their rights to add the data to OSM. (We also dislike data contributed under collective accounts beause it means we cannot contact the contributing user.) Secondly, by positioning the node on Google Maps we’re deriving location information from their data set which isn’t ok either.

Please do not add further POIs to OSM without addressing these points.
