This message is to advise that a temporary block has been placed on your OSM account.

Unfortunately, a number of other Mappers have contacted us concerning your work in Melbourne, particularly in regard to the area of North Clayton. You have been advised several times that North Clayton is not an official suburb, and so it should not be mapped as such in OSM, but you apparently refuse to accept their comments and so repeatedly add it as a suburb.

Please stop doing so.

Others have also mentioned the Changeset Comments which you have been leaving when you have edited OSM.

For the benefit of other users, you need to describe what you have actually done in any change, but your Comments certainly don’t do this.

Could we please ask you to have a read of osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments, and improve your comments in future?

In addition, when other Mappers have left comments on your Changesets, pointing out issues, or requesting further information from you, you have not responded to them. In future, we would ask you to please do so, as these comments usually have a very important role in preventing errors such as these from occurring.
