Your specified data source is “Bing” but the house numbers and lot numbers you are adding are not on Bing.

You have added over 50,000 buildings in the last 12 hours which does not look like you are manually tracing these buildings.

Therefore, please pause your import effort immediately and seek proper community consultation as per our guidelines laid out in osm.wiki/Import - discussing specifically your data source(s) and how you plan to conflate with existing building information.
