A number of other Mappers have contacted us with concerns about your work, in that you have been changing the names, and corresponding Wikipedia articles, of locations in Russia; and also importing data from an unknown source.

What is you explanation for doing so, please?

Once you have read this note, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM.

However, if we have not heard from you with the required explanations by Thursday 23 March, further action may have to be taken.
