Firstly, welcome to OSM!

Unfortunately though, there are some issues that we need to bring to your attention, so this message is to advise that a temporary block has been placed on your OSM account.

A number of other Mappers have contacted us with concerns about your work:

1. You have been marking proposed roads as “under construction”. Please see osm.wiki/Tag:highway=construction and osm.wiki/Tag:highway=proposed for an explanation of the differences.

2. The Changeset Comments that you have been leaving on your edits. These Comments are supposed to inform other Mappers of what you have, but repeated use of “Updates” certainly doesn’t do this. We ask you to have a read of osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments, and improve your comments in future.

3. In addition, when other Mappers have left comments on your Changesets, pointing out issues, or requesting further information from you, you have not responded to them. We would ask you to please do so, as these comments usually have a very important role in preventing errors such as these from occurring.

Once you have read this note, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM, but we would expect you to take notice of what has been said here, and immediately please fix these errors.
