Follow-on from osm.org/user_blocks/7000

I said previously that every changeset comment that I can see at osm.org/user/marek%20kleciak/history is just “Nepal landuse corrections “. This isn’t very helpful to other mappers; please use meaningful changeset comments that explain what it is you’re changing and what the source was so that everyone can understand the changes.

You’re now using “Nepal landuse corrections_District 2” which is bit better, but not much. Why not say a few more words about what you are actually doing?
