Follow-on from osm.org/user_blocks/7158

You have admitted to creating sock-puppet accounts to evade blocks (osm.org/user_blocks/7071 etc.) at https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/odd-edits-in-italy/97706/45 and we strongly suspect that you have created many more.

Please contact OSM’s Data Working Group by email at data@openstreetmap.org with subject “Re: [Ticket#2023041110000115] Martino Scaglione” so that we can discuss this behaviour.

If you promise to act as a “good citizen” within OpenStreetMap from this point forward we will revoke this block.
