• not change the name of the “Persian Gulf” without prior discussion (osm.org/user_blocks/5708)
• use good changeset comments for your edits, instead of “no comment” (osm.org/user_blocks/6916 and osm.org/user_blocks/6893)

However, you have ignored all these requests, and just now you have again edited the name of the Persian Gulf in osm.org/changeset/138516701.

I am now blocking your account until you email us at data@osmfoundation.org confirming that you will never again upload changes without suitable changeset comments, nor change the name of the Persian Gulf without discussion.
