Dear user ClaudDadur,

you are adding a large amount of name:ru tags to objects around the world. Please stop that for a moment, and explain to the imports mailing list or to data@osmfoundation org what your data source is and how you are adding these names, and especially if you have the local knowledge that enables you to say whether the names you’re adding are indeed the right names. Sadly, OSM has had a couple cases in the past where people were mass-copying data from unsuitable sources and we want to avoid such events in the future.

(Also, please use the changeset comment field to describe what you’re doing - it is there for a reason.)
