A number of people have left comments in discussions on changesets (at least as far back as osm.org/changeset/34525261 ) and you don’t appear to have replied to any of them.

Most recently there have been reports of problems (e.g. osm.org/changeset/36653757 , osm.org/changeset/36640516 , osm.org/changeset/36742099 , osm.org/changeset/36742267 ).

OpenStreetMap is a collaborative community, and we have to work together to create the best map. Therefore, it’s only polite to reply when other mappers ask questions. It’s possible that you haven’t seen these if your email is not set up properly, in which case you can go to osm.org/user/Ian%20Haylock/history and see where people have asked questions about changesets. Please do reply to them, and also (if you are not receiving email notifications of changeset discussions) try and sort out your email too.

I’m sending this as a message that has to be read before you continue editing; once you’ve read it you’ll be able to edit OpenStreetMap immediately.

Also, (as suggested elsewhere) could you please start using meaningful changeset comments and explain what the source of changes that you are making is?
