In osm.org/user_blocks/903 you were asked, among other things, to “Please do always use changeset comments explaining the details of any changes and your source”. You’ve read that message and carried on with e.g. osm.org/changeset/37836990 , with no comment.

You will be blocked from editing OpenStreetMap for a short period of time. After that has expired, please do re-read what you were asked to do in osm.org/user_blocks/903 and follow those guidelines.
