I have reverted some of your Hargeisa edits a while ago because they were obviously imported in disregard of our imports procedure (among other things, they had bad tagging and an unclear license situation, and hadn’t been discussed before the import).

It seems that you have now tried to reinstate some of these edits, and that you have ignored (or perhaps not received) the comments that other community members sent you about this. Review your changesets on osm.org/user/MAAlin/history and click on the ones with a speech balloon and a number next to them - those are where people have commented on your edits, and you are expected to respond in some way.

I will delete your unsuitable import data again and I must ask you not to continue adding such third-party data without following the osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines .

I am sending this as a blocking message that forces you to read it before you can continue editing.
